Unable to send or receive emails

   

Check if the PC or laptop you are working on has valid Internet connection
or
Your mailbox could be full, therefore emails are not arriving in inbox
  1. Clear unnecessary emails from inbox
  2. Delete emails in Deleted items
  3. Clear Spam emails

It would be good to double check emails in G mails (online)
If the G mail online is showing incoming emails in Inbox, contact IT system administrator.
To access Gmail, follow instructions below:



  1. Open Google Chrome browser and on top right hand side, there is menu button (displayed as 9 dots as highlighted in the screenshot).
  2. Click on the menu button, there should be Gmail option displayed.
  3. Click on Gmail, then emails should load up in web version as below.
