SOP System - How to Change Password?

If you know your existing SOP system password or you received email with new auto-generated password (after password reset attempt), then to update/change SOP system password, please follow the instructions below.
  1. Login to SOP system using your Sharps email address as username and password.
  2. Link to SOP system in-case if unable to access login portal - https://www.sharpssop.co.uk/#!/login
  3. If you are having trouble signing in, you can attempt password reset via help guide link below -

  1. Once logged in, on top right hand side should show Welcome (Name) with an arrow pointing downwards.
  2. Click on the message which should drop-down the menu list and choose Change Password (highlighted in picture below)
         

  1. Once select, a prompt will appear in middle where you will need to type in current password, new password and confirm new password (shown in screenshot below)

  1. The password requirement is to include minimum 8 characters, combination of letters/numbers/symbols and something that is not very straightforward i.e., your name or company name.
