Set printer as default

Set printer as default
To set a printer as default printer:
Start Menu -> Control Panel

  1. Open Control Panel from Start Menu
  2. Open 'View Devices and Printers'
  3. Right click on the printer and select option 'Set as Default Printer'.
Right click on the printer you would like to make it as default, select Set as default printer
Once you have assigned the correct printer as default printer, it will be the auto-chosen printer whenever you would like to print any documents. 
For example in Microsoft Word print options:
I.e., default printer Marketing will be auto-chosen as first choice printer whenever printing any documents, PDFs etc.
