Designer Planner - Upload to Direct is in progress on another machine

ERROR MESSAGE BELOW:

Advise from Andy Sparks - 
Leave it a few minutes and the Planner will open (after the upload has taken place).
Advise from James Welsh - 
The direct upload had either errored or been cancelled out of.

This left it in a state where the other planners think it is still running and so won't start.

Users need to be aware to NOT cancel out of the direct upload (by either CTRL ALT DELETE or forced restart).

If it's taking too long to run then it needs to be reported and we will investigate alternative options.
