PC with no network connectivity

If your PC is experiencing issues with slow network or no network connectivity, perform the following troubleshooting.

- Try unplugging and re-plug in the network cable (yellow cable).
- If the previous instructions fails, turn off the PC. Disconnect network cable and power cable for approximately 5-10 seconds and reconnect the cables.
- Restart the PC.
- Try to load up a web page to check out the outcome.
- If there is no network after conducting the troubleshooting above, contact IT administrator.
Symptoms of no network connectivity:

1. Internet web page not loading
2. Unable to connect to Outlook
3. Red X sign next to Network icon in the toolbar (bottom right)
Things to lookout for:

- When did the issue started occurring?
- Does the network issue affect multiple different PCs?
- Are other connected devices affected - i.e. printer/laptop connected to network cable (optional)
