How to block phone numbers in BT Cloud Phone

THIS CURRENTLY APPLIES ONLY TO USERS BASED IN HEAD OFFICES (BAGSHOT & BILSTON) AND WESTERN REGIONAL SALES OFFICE.

If you have received any spam or nuisance call and would like to block the phone number, please follow the instructions below:
  1. Load BT Cloud Phone portal in Google Chrome or other web browser (URL Link below)

  3. Enter your BT Cloud Phone login details (Sharps email address & password).
  4. If you are unsure on your login details for BT Cloud Phone, please contact member of IT team.

  1. Once signed in, click on Settings tab from the menu bar.
  2. Then click on Screening, greeting & hold music which should expand the section.
  3. Click on Blocked calls tab, add the phone number in Phone numbers or area codes and name (optional).
  4. Click on + Add button (this becomes visible once you put in a phone number) and the phone number should appear in the list below.

  1. Once again, if any login issues and requires password resets or BT Cloud Portal website not loading up, please contact member of IT.
