Changing PC password

To change the current password (Ensure you are logged in, in order to perform this action), follow the instruction:
  1. On the keyboard, click on 'Ctrl + Alt + Delete' button.
  2. For users who remotes into another device in office, you will need to click on 'Ctrl + Alt + End' button to get to the change password menu (this is if you need to change the password for the device in office).

  1. Then, an option to 'Change a password' should appear.
      

  1. Submit your existing password, new password and confirm new password.
  2. Click on arrow key next to confirm new password to confirm the changes.
