Applications failing to open

If you are experiencing issues trying to open up applications but nothing is being displayed in the screen, follow the procedure.
- Open Task Manager (via right click on Desktop toolbar and select Task Manager) or (click on Ctrl + Alt + Del keys and select ‘Task Manager’).
- Once Task Manager is opened, click on button More details. If you can see ‘Processes’ tab, ignore this step.
- In the processes tab, scroll downwards to check the name of the application that you are trying to open.
- Once found, select the process (application name) and then click on button ‘End Task’.If there are multiple processes of same application, end all of its session.
- Once all the processes of the application are ended, try re-opening application.
- Application should load up as fine, if not, perform a reboot.
- Reload the application after reboot.
